I was reading the NY Times last Sunday and found an excellent resource for teacher lesson plans called the Learning Network. The content is excellent and they have a capability to get lesson plans delivered by email.   The best part of the site is every lesson plan has comments from other teachers.  This is very helpful to read different perspectives.  We try to teach our children and students that not everything on the internet (or in print) is true. Some and required critical analysis skills.

Free lesson plans are helpful when budgets are tight.  For a teacher with specific needs, and not a lot of time there are also great sites on the internet to get specific curriculum-based lesson plans.
